• Designed and developed interactive and engaging web-based sales courses for clients including – Microsoft, Symantec, Comcast and Avon. • Designed courses using adult learning principles and interactive on-line learning models. • Ensured the instructional integrity of course development projects through systematic design and clear writing of scripts, narratives, and storyboards. • Revised and updated training materials according to system and design changes. • Communicated frequently and effectively with various project collaborators to ensure that goals and objectives were met.
