Daily Duties at Ergo Business Solutions, Inc.:
Deliver strategic leadership, planning, and technical liaison focused on the completion of projects on time, in compliance with objectives, and within budget. Define client needs through research and analysis of IT/Business disciplines. Manage projects in diverse environments; Including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing. Gather, organize and document business requirements, supported by Use Cases, requirements lists and function matrices. Liaise with Technical departments to translate Business Requirements into technical specifications and designs. Develop WBS, resource requirements, network diagrams and criticalpath for project completion. Participate in determination of quality standards and metrics, roles and responsibilities, communication requirements, and risk identification/analysis. Develop and document process improvement plan, recommend changes and corrective actions, facilitate change control effort, conduct team building, monitor and respond to risks, measure project performance against established metrics. Develop written closure procedures, lessons learned, close projects.
