Daily Duties at Kellogg & Andelson Accountancy Corp:
End user support for 3 locations including one office in India. Management of IT resources in India. Networking support for TCP/IP, DHCP server as well as static IP addresses. Monitoring and maintenance of HP ProCurve and Cisco Catalyst switches as well as Cisco PIX and Watchguard xSeries firewalls. Maintained Active Directory through Windows 2000/2003 with Administration of ADUC. Computers, OU's, Groups and Group Object Administrative Rights. Monitoring and maintenance of Dell PowerEdge and HP Proliant servers as well as HP, Dell and generic workstations. Managed and maintained the company's Symantec enterprise Anti-virus suite. Managed software and hardware updates need to both workstations and servers including patches, service packs and various hardware upgrades. Management of company's IT vendor relations.
