Selected Achievements – V.P, Sales – The Americas:  Increased annual revenue 400% in four years in the Americas via strategic execution of sales / marketing plans.  Introduced and implemented sales force database worldwide improving sales productivity, forecast accuracy, performance optimization, and sales statistics effectiveness and efficiency.  Established corporate contracts resulting in significant acceleration in business worldwide. Developed relationships and alliances with other hospitality suppliers maximizing visibility and market penetration.  Spearheaded participation in industry forums and functions that established valuable exposure to prospect market and resulted in additional sales of approximately 30%.  Developed competitive analysis study and marketing communication documents that are currently used by sales and marketing staff worldwide. Selected Achievements – V.P, Account Management – The Americas:  Achieved 95% customer satisfaction for the first time in company history. Initiated, developed, and successfully executed client satisfaction surveys.  Reduced training costs 20% by refining development programs for new and existing clients increasing efficiency and effectiveness of training sessions.  Trained and supported new management team including President, Regional Sales Vice Presidents, and Regional Managing Directors.  Built relationships with other vendors to create custom product solutions for clients maximizing competitive edge.  Increased gross revenues 10% by developing customer support products including extended warranty packages, telephone support, and consulting.  Developed key metrics of client information and statistics assisting in focus / coordination of efforts within operations and sales teams. Selected Achievement – Major Account Manager – The Americas:  Increased sales 60% by developing major accounts priority plan and strategy. Built strategic relationships with C-level executives and owners. Established long term commitments and loyalty to products and services.
