Daily Duties at Christell Clean:
Initiated and developed commercial cleaning business serving South Shore and Cape Cod, specializing in carpet and floor cleaning. Recruited, managed, and scheduled staff of 40. Managed all business responsibilities including P&L, liability and bonding requirements. Built client base to over 35 clients, including car dealerships, coffee shops, rehabilitation and day care centers on recurring daily, weekly and monthly schedules. Managed all customer service and relationships.
