Daily Duties at Niit:

Managed the start-up of a multi-million dollar overseas Web-based and instructor-led training development project that included two overseas factories to create modular courses for IT content. Managed a staff of seven and traveled frequently to New Delhi, India. Established a Knowledge Management (KM) consulting business model.  Managed the design and development of instruction for WBT, ILT and self-instructional modules for business contracts; generated project plans with tasks, deliverables, costs and timelines.  Ensured factory environments were certified as compliant for appropriate courses as a value-added benefit to the client.  Established evaluation, selection and implementation procedures and processes of a KM, CMS and LMS infrastructure/tools for the client.
