• Main proposal writer for CONSOL’s R&D Department. • Manage research projects funded by state and federal agencies. • Supervise the work of professionals and technicians in laboratory and field work. Perform annual performance reviews and interview candidates for new hires. • Present research programs to upper management and government agencies. • Manage testing group and plan tests of priority pollutant emissions from company production facilities using standard EPA methods. File test reports to state agencies
