Daily Duties at Colonial Bank/Bb&T:
Managed 7 trainers throughout the state. Quarterly visits to observe trainer during class. Then give performance feedback. What was being done well and what needs to be done differently the next time. Assisted with Train the Trainers when new trainers were hired, participated in all internal material updates with instructional designer, taught entry level Supervisor classes, attended monthly meetings througout the regions, piloted many new processes in Florida that became standard, managed in supporting/teaching all trainers all new equipment such as: WebEx, LearningLink (internal LMS).
