Daily Duties at Regions Bank:
Trained all new hires after 90 days on the sales culture for 3 years. Participated in 3 major events during 1996 to 2005. Member of the special conversion team to assist with installing new computers, including new software. 9 months in Arkansas. 4 months in TN during the UP merger with Regions Bank, then in Boca Raton, FL for 4 months. Assigned anywhere from 10-15 branches to visit and assist when problems, obstacles and questions concerning training schedule online.
