Daily Duties at Endress+Hauser, Inc.:

Outstanding ability to understand corporate policies, practices, and terms. Utilized this capacity along with a keen eye for detail in the review, negotiation, documentation, monitor for compliance and maintenance of corporate domestic and international contracts from cradle-to-grave. Excellent at timely development of pre-proposal analysis of Requests for Proposal (RFP’s), pricing strategies, and contract negotiation strategies. Superior ability to lead negotiations when required. Responsible for providing management with contractual risks, liabilities and obligations along with proposed contract modifications to mitigate same. Excel at preparing detailed sales analysis, risk analysis and various management reports. Excellent communication skills with all levels of management, customers, product centers, sales representatives, customs brokers, and US Government Agencies. Broad knowledge of FARS and DFARS in conjunction with sales to DoD and General Services Administration (GSA). Expansive knowledge of export compliance regulations, including ITAR. Managed Export Compliance Team.
