Designed checklist to eliminate duplicated efforts—checklist is still being used today. New process saved 35 hours of overtime weekly, cutting overtime billing by half. Led efforts to value Swaps, Futures, Equity Options, and Corporate Bonds using Bloomberg and manual calculations. Supervised introduction of new instruments into the trading platform.
