Daily Duties at Ag Works, Inc.:

• Prospect new customers for our ag-retail software solutions by cold-calling, e-mail marketing, trade shows, direct mail, and mobile marketing. • Prospect our current customers to up-sell them to our full suite of software solutions. • Interview potential customers to figure out where they are having complications and through consultative selling demonstrate how the software will provide them with solutions. • Present on-site software demonstration to CEO’s, CFO’s, Office Managers, Agronomy Managers, Seed Managers, etc. • Develop exclusive proposals for potential customers and negotiate the terms in the contract. • Extensive follow-up to keep the proposal moving through the board members until it’s approved.
