Key Responsibilities:  Headed a team of 5 Software specialists, responsible for leading and designing enterprise solutions for infrastructure management - pre-sales to implementation for various global clients like DIMA, AMP/GIO, Energy Australia, Transgrid, DuPont, GE India Ltd, Pepsi India Ltd and Escorts.  Held discussions with clients and consulting teams, to understand requirements and recommend solutions based on various enterprise products.  Met client expectations and maintain business relations highlighting comparative CA advantage. Achievements and Contributions:  Gained in-depth knowledge of CA enterprise management products and business processes; applied the skills learnt to streamline the process.  Developed, organized and conducted training programs for clients and support staff on CA Products.  Instrumental in creating a knowledge repository wherein created, revised and maintained all related technical documents which eliminated rework and saved time.
