Daily Duties at Csc Australia:

Key Responsibilities:  Leading a team of 5 to direct 30 consultants and integration specialists to develop trusted partnerships with clients of the leading IT organizations in Australia.  Understand customer commercial and business requirements of the client in order to develop appropriate proposal response based on discussions along with consultants.  Maintain close liaison with global service teams to keep abreast of technology advances and to identify potential service offerings needed for future system integration.  Time bound design and implementation of the Standard Service Delivery Model, to enable CSC Operations Team manage global client environment.  Initiate proposals for existing account expansion through Re-Bids, Letter Of Arrangement, Statement of Work, etc as well as for new bid responses.  Member of a global team to developed transformational cost model to be used for any newly acquired client over four months period.  Guide and mentor new and ‘temporary’ Solution Designers deputed from Product Line and Functional Areas.  MIS generation and Presentations for presenting and highlighting new and proposed business solutions. Achievements and Contributions:  Led technical architect for Maybank transformation project in Malaysia. The project was executed in coordination with 10 project managers and 200 technical personnel with an outlay of USD 30 Million over a period of 6 years.  Implemented the Standard Service Delivery Model for infrastructure offerings within two years, well before the targeted period thus eliminating time and cost over-runs.  Developed 200 small proposals (value approx. USD 40 million) and worked on 10 new bid responses (bid value approx USD 800 Million).
