Manage and supervise twenty-five employees, create monthly schedule, present quarterly market review to retail director, develop selling and technical skills of employees, manage inventory, sell products and services to customers, assist customers with billing questions, developed rapport with surrounding businesses, completed both cold and warm sales calls, observed and coached sales representatives to improve performance.
