Daily Duties at United States Air Force:

Instructed college-level Air Force Leadership and History courses at The Citadel - The Military College of South Carolina. Supervised leadership program, corps military training, and field training preparation activities for the third largest Air Force ROTC detachment in the country--over 550 cadets. Developed and implemented leadership training, discipline, mentorship, coaching and career guidance to cadets. • Directed, managed, and executed leadership training for future military officers--reorganized program resulting in a 40% increase in training effectiveness! • Ranked 4.8 on 5.0 scale for instruction/job knowledge by students on end of year evaluation • As a Field Training Officer; led 21 cadets in winning Honor Flight award--best of 18 flights • Recruited and awarded scholarships to over 75 cadets in highly competitive program • Used quality control in recruiting to downsize unit by 60%
