Implemented and executed creative design strategies and campaigns for a variety of marketing and advertising projects for 14 business units, global and sales team. Developed a cohesive creative team, including universal workstations, shared storage and archival systems. Implemented and executed company brand identity standards and manual. • Implemented initiative to update corporate identity through all marketing materials, web, interactive, multimedia and internal communications • Interacted with business unit leaders, department heads and senior leadership on marketing programs/campaigns • Directed photoshoots and video spots, including negotiating and hiring talent • Consulted and negotiated contracts with vendors for print and print on-demand portal • Developed and managed a creative team of eight, conducted team building, performance reviews and goal setting
