Daily Duties at C.S. Brooks:
Direct the activities of seven Plant Managers, Purchasing Manager and Production Planning Manager and oversee day-to-day operations and a work force of 2200. Tasked with restructuring internal processes to minimize duplication of effort and inefficient use of resources, established a channel of out-source manufacturers to supply products that could not be produced competitively in-house.
