· Proven record of pursuing outstanding Accounts Receivable in a timely manner · Scheduled sub contractors to complete orders outside of territory · Provided all tactical support on all day-to-day operational activities or needs of the customer – be the first level of escalation if standard process breaks down · Educated customers on billing process, how to read invoices and invoice accuracy · Monitored base revenues · Tracked, monitored, and controlled Accounts Receivable activity in order to mitigate past due balances · Participated in internal teamwork with other partner groups (Operations, Engineering, etc…) to achieve complete customer satisfaction · Proposal writing, financial justifications, closing the sale, follow up, and account maintenance
