Warehousing – Improved inventory accuracy rate from 75% to 99%, implemented electronic pull system to suppliers, management of worldwide warehouses and implemented automatic reorder system for MRO materials. ERP System – Implemented sales orders to ERP/MRP build schedules, implemented RFID,
