Daily Duties at Resort Qwest/ Gaylord Intl:

•Promoted to director position after one and a half years of service as Chief Engineer over Maintenance and Pool/Spa divisions. •Responsible for managing all maintenance, housekeeping, inspection, laundry and pool/spa operations relating to +/- 400 resort homes situated over a 40 mile stretch of the Outer Banks of NC. •Manage and supervise +/- 40 full time employees and nearly 80 additional seasonal employees •Responsible for devising and implementing budget relating to managed departments and company goals. •Responsible for maintaining six ResortQuest facilities located throughout the serviced area. •Responsible for fleet of +/- 20 company vehicles. •Insure completion of multiple monthly reports related to division’s budget and service performance. •Surpassed all budget goals by relatively substantial percentages in first year. •Rewarded employee of the year for “Excellence” after one year of service. •Departmental procedures and protocols have recently become a model/example for departments at other regional ResortQuest operations.
