•Responsible for managing all maintenance, housekeeping, security and construction operations relating to 1.25 million sq. ft mall, two shopping centers and a storage facility. •Manage and supervise 7 full time technicians and nearly 35 additional sub-contracted employees •Responsible for devising and implementing budget/forecast relating to managed departments and company goals. •Responsible for fleet of six company vehicles. •Insure completion of multiple monthly reports related to division’s ($3M) budget and service performance. •Surpassing operation related budget forecast goals by relatively substantial percentages in first year. •Heavily involved in leasing negotiations and canvassing for new revenue opportunities. •Performing General Manager duties at multiple/various periods. •To date, have received x8 company awards for ability to cut utility usage. 28% savings in 2008 over previous year cost.
