Directed a 3-member technician team to drive the streamlined progression of new equipment orders and customer installations as well as the recovery of expired leased equipment. Orchestrated all installation logistics, from prioritizing and scheduling technicians to confirming and staging equipment and accessories for large, complex orders. Ensured the stringent alignment of equipment serial numbers against services support contracts for repair orders and upon return for sale as refurbished equipment.
