Provide software consulting and business analysis which includes documentation of client’s business needs and assist in identifying appropriate technology solutions, defining and documenting business and functional requirements and assist in defining technical requirements. Implement and transition lease administration services. Provide business process consulting to evaluate and streamline process and develop lease administration process and procedures manual. Manage project scopes, budgets and timelines. Manage communication with stakeholders, project groups, business groups and software programmers during database implementation, accounting system interface and software customization. Manage user acceptance testing and implementation plans. Provide training of various lease administration systems. Provide special ad-hoc reports to clients as needed. Management of abstraction projects which includes full abstraction and verification of legal documents. Manage a team of consultants providing abstraction services and lease analysts providing ongoing lease portfolio management. Also provided ongoing lease administration (at Exactus) for various clients which included database, critical dates, accounts payable and accounts receivable management, designed and provided reports including FASB-13 and SEC 10k reports and ad-hoc reporting.
