Daily Duties at Consulting:
Management Consulting / Proposal Development Services: Organization and product design, strategic planning, organizational change management and proposal development for clients bidding on billion dollar and multi-million dollar government health care contracts. Marketing, public relations, and implementation plan development. Corporate Organizational Structure Design: Developed and directed detailed business start-up, program introduction and transition plans, and established implementation schedules for the $2.2 billion MCS CHAMPUS Region 3/4 and the $1.2 billion MCS CHAMPUS Region 1 programs; as well as the Texas Medicaid contract.
