Promoted to administer Full Drive Encryption, iProcurement, Software License, Active Directory and Novell databases. Coordinated and provided hardware/software and peripheral support to 400 users and managed all upgrades. Drove numerous improvements to the environment, increasing functionality, improving performance and saving costs. Approved, modified and recommended hardware/software purchases, generated management reports and oversaw safety and ergonomics. Core member of multiple task forces, including software packaging, hardware distribution and eSecurity.
