Represent the companies brand in all matters of product and service delivery. Supervise service and support staff to achieve corporate KPI's and benchmarks. Meet and exceed budgets for the region while monitoring and reducing costs by 40% in two years to achieve budgets. Initiate change as necessary to exceed budgets and company objectives. A challenging opportunity in a 24/7, 365 day industry. Exceeding an $8 mil+ budget by over $1 million. Leading and motivating a staff of highly trained engineers while recruiting and guiding new trainees to the industry. Multiple budget awards for exceeding budgets and reducing costs.
