Daily Duties at Intel:

Developed and documented procedure for capillary flow speed estimation.Test method from AMCL modified and standardized for current project. Data collection completed on several underfills. Impact of surface tension, viscosity and contact angle investigated in detail. Confirmed that high surface tension, low viscosity and low contact angle lead to fast flow and quantified flow parameters. Several flux formulation evaluations completed, identified range of flux component ranges which could be used for package level testing.
