Responsible for all North American sales and marketing activities of a U.S. based manufacturing company in Atlanta, GA., with corporate headquarters in Munich, Germany. Increased sales in 2009 by 30% within the company’s four-market segments: Wireless Mobile Communication, Radar and Satellite, TV Broadcast, and Industry & Science. Added Manufacturing Reps and Distributors, to increase customer touch points. Directed regional sales mangers to C-Level decision makers, opening opportunities and increasing sales. - Responsible for adding $4 million in new Military sales opportunities by introducing the company to ITAR Government regulations and requirements, lowering the company’s risk of financial fines and penalties. - Led and coordinated all marketing and advertising, increased company market presence by increasing yearly trade show events and presence 75%. - Directed process improvements within the inside Sales Department to improve order entry and quotation processes hired and trained personnel to increase process efficiency and work flow. - Managed new sales markets and development expanding the company from a one market approach to a multi-market multi-customer sale driven approach.
