• Ensure that clients' assessment, treatment, and intervention needs are completed within contractual and licensing guidelines; developed and coordinated specialized program activities for clients in conjunction with treatment plans • Supervised and evaluated staff performance, and develop measurable objectives for necessary improvements by way of corrective action plans, and adhering to human resource policies and procedures;• Provided case management services for assigned residents within the treatment facilities assisting in the development and implementation of the clinical program, and further ensuring that the goals and objectives from clients' comprehensive treatment plans are regularly being addressed • Facilitated individual, family, and group counseling under the supervision of a Treatment Supervisor
