Daily Duties at United Cerebral Palsey Of Central Maryland:
• Ensure the construction of the individual’s treatment planning and goals. • Ensure that participants' Medical appointments are updated and timely within DDA licensure guidelines; and that participants' physical, emotional, social, and nutritional well- being is not compromised; • Supervise staff performance and training, complete performance evaluations, review staff timesheets and human resource information regularly • Ensure that staff regularly complete all pertinent documentation for participants and unit in a timely manner according to DDA guidelines.
