Provide substance abuse/mental health counseling and casemanagement services to clients with substance abuse and mental health diagnoses;advocate with Department of Social Services and Social Security Administration to ensure timely distribution of entitlements and benefits to clients; provide crisis management as needed;complete state documentations to ensure adequate and timely funding for services.
