Daily Duties at Wachovia:
Acted as a liason between customer and Underwriter for loan status and required documentation for final approval. Managed a large pipeline of loan files from beginning to final stages. Ordered and followed-up on necessary documentation such as Appraisals, credit reports, Title Reports, Flood and Tax Certification, Verified Employment, Loan conditions and Social Security numbers. Ordered HOA and Condo Certifications. Audited loan files for Compliance to insure they met company/government guidelines.
