Worked to bring training department, along with rest of site, out from under consent decree. Upon completion of this, maintained site in a state of training compliance. Designed and delivered both soft/hard skills training. Developed direct reports into Senior Training Specialists. Lead continuous improvement/TPM teams in reducing waste in various processes.
