Prepared and maintained Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans Design test plans, project plan, validation plan, user acceptance tests and requirement plan Performed ER/ESIG computer validation and assessments enabling compliancy with Federal ISO regulations. Developed technical strategies to improve efficiency in the department.
