Provided Level 3 support to large-scale commercial e-business clients on AIX, Linux and Windows servers (3000 servers) Monitored and maintain health of servers on daily basis Maintain Backup of servers on weekly and monthly basis Installed operating system patches on a periodic basis Monitored performance of servers on daily basis Troubleshoot level 3 issues for MSCS clustering such as quorum and services. Provided end-to-end support for Disaster Recovery for Unix and Windows servers from planning, backups, and testing complete restore of servers including applications for Bank of America. Hardware and network troubleshooting for login issues. Developed scripts to automate tasks such as saving configuration history. Developed script to document Linux QA settings. Participated in Sarbanes-Oxley audits of servers and maintained servers in audit-ready posture at all times. Installed clustered servers for AIX and Windows by using MSCS and HACMP Created user accounts, performed backups, restores, maintained security and healthcheck servers Monitored and reported brute force attack on Chanel Linux servers by monitoring failed login attempts Led Linux OS platform in server HealthChecking script development using bash. Developed script for Level-3 SA post-build Quality Assurance for Linux OS platform Linux Team lead; Led security, new customer engagements, scripts, patching, customer escalation issues. Assisted in building and proofing QA checklists for servers.
