Daily Duties at Ibm (American Express):
Provided Level 3 support to large-scale commercial e-business client on Windows 2003 servers in a multi-domain Active Directory environment. Monitored and maintained health of servers on daily basis Assisted with and resolved performance issues on servers with tools: perfmon, Psexec, vmstat, procmon, procexp. Troubleshoot level 3 issues for MSCS clustering and server SAN/HBA Maintained servers in audit-ready posture at all times Installed and configured clustered servers for Windows 2000 and 2003. Led team in solving MSCS Clustering and Veritas Storage Foundation 4.3 issues Problem Management & Disaster Recovery Focal; Reported on Problem SLAs Troubleshooting IIS Web servers for authentication, application issues Root-cause analysis for problems using the “5-whys” method SSL Certificate focal for team; installed and maintained all SSL Certs for AMEX. Resolved Group Policy issues such as user rights and long login times; versed in QUEST Group Policy tool Developed cross-functional guidelines and documents for clustering and Veritas. Patch VMWARE ESX servers using esxupdate; VMotion ESX servers. Performed training sessions on Problem Management/Healthcheck
