Assistant Manager Oversaw administration of fund portfolio with investments including Equities, Bonds, Private Equity, Fund of Funds, Options, Warrants, Futures, and Foreign Exchange Forward Contracts. Calculated NAV’s and fees. Processed subscription / redemption orders. Reviewed and assured accuracy of NAV. Reported to Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. Collaborated with shareholders, investment managers, external auditors, and internal teams as necessary. Managed and resolved technical issues on MFACT and MShare systems. Prepared financial statements in compliance with IFRS. Assured compliance of personnel work with prospectus documentation, class supplements and legal agreements. • Ensured timely and accurate setting of NAV’s. • Assisted in extensive system upgrade that secured improvements in company operations. • Played key role in developing Class Supplement documentation to support launch of 2 funds. • Created Forex hedging spreadsheets for Investment Manager’s multi-currency, multi-class funds. • Streamlined and improved relations with clients.
