Full operational responsibility for up to 11 industrial facilities including aggregate and asphalt production facilities. 10 direct reports and approximately 90 hourly workers. Operational oversight of safety programs and environmental compliance. • Successfully started up five new aggregate mines in three years. • Won Jack Starner award, Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety’s highest award for achievement in mine reclamation. (Sedalia Gravel Pit) • Aggregate facilities won 2 NSA environmental Eagle Gold awards, and two NSA Environmental Eagle Silver Awards.
