Daily Duties at Kenshoo Inc:
Support of Kenshoo LTD's three regional US offices and their employees, plus remote sales executives abroad for systems and networking. Collaborated Tel Aviv HQ in the architecture of future infrastructure for US offices with systems such as distributed secondary domain controllers (Windows), VPN tunneling, and network auditing and monitoring. Rebuilt voice network (VoIP) in SF office to solve issues that were affecting call quality and resulting in frequent calls dropping. Brought mission voice communication uptime/reliability from less than 50% to 95% or greater.
