Daily Duties at Epicor Software (Formerly Interactive Group Inc.):

- New position created within the company to oversee the development process. - Coordinated many departments in the rollout of software applications. - Taught all educational courses when regular instructors were not available. - I was called upon to teach a course with only a half day notice on a subject I was not terribly familiar with (regular instructor was caught by a hurricane). I took the manual home overnight and gave the one day training class the next day. Twice since that day, one of the customers who attended that class bragged about how much she learned that day. The training supervisor audited the class and said the class was great.
