Daily Duties at Emmer Management Corporation:
Provided financial oversight, processing, and analysis for 6 apartment complexes, 3 residential neighborhoods, a title company, and the property management company. Performed weekly payables, monthly bank reconciliations, and daily non-rent receivables crediting. Prepared and analyzed financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L statements for 9 individual properties as well as a consolidated statement for corporate subsidiaries. Maintained depreciation records, asset purchases, and disposals. Created quarterly Section 8 reports and monthly comparative analyses to identify variances. Ensured compliance with company policies, GAAP, and government requirements. Relocated to Kentucky in 2007.
