Temporary, part-time position supporting all aspects of daily financial operations, ensuring all calculations and processes complied with strict government requirements. Performed large-scale batch processing of payroll for 400+ employees, reimbursement vouchers for 300+ recipients, and bi-weekly income tax payments for 700 employees. Prepared various other AP vouchers for payments taken out of Dislocated Worker participants’ salaries. -Verified and processed reimbursement vouchers for over 300 Workforce Investment Act recipients. -Prepared various other accounts payable vouchers for payments taken out of Dislocated Worker participants' salaries (i.e. child support or other legal claims to pay). -Calculated and processed state and federal income tax payments for bi-weekly paydays for approximately 700 employees. -This was a temporary part-time position.
