Daily Duties at Rtd Logistics, Llc:
•Direct and implement company-wide operational procedures and policies in the transportation carrier industry resulting in positive impact on internal and external customer base •Lead a team of 24 professionals in business growth opportunities and functions •Assist sales in securing new business ventures and customer maintenance via logistical analysis, costing and presentation of value added service. •Reduce customer category spend potential while improving all levels of service requirements and improve efficiencies •Negotiate corporate contracts pertaining to RFP’s/RFQ’s and carrier optimization •Partner with customers and vendors to mutually create growth and share of wealth •Identifiy non-valued added redundancies and processes and revised them to generate value and cost reductions •Drove logistical strategy resulting in company-wide internal sales growth revenue in excess of 120%
