• Provided complete Administrative support for Corporate Vice President, Vice Presidents, Senior Directors, and their teams: MDb Global Supply Chain Operations, Marketing Strategy, Digital Six Sigma, Advance Network Technologies, Global Marketing Communications • Actively managed all aspects of daily calendar including daily review of current day’s agenda, discussing follow-up items, and addressing upcoming deadlines • Scheduled meetings involving numerous participants in various countries, departments, locations and time zones. • Planned, coordinated and executed the logistics for the department meetings, conferences and special events. Meeting/event management to include on-site and off-site conference facilities, equipment and food/beverage • Actively managed email/phone communications • Coordinated highly complex travel reservations including multi-site international travel, visa arrangements, and Web money expense reimbursements • Proactive in arranging hourly daily meeting agenda for domestic and international travel • Prepared and distributed agenda and pertinent information to attendees for Corporate Vice President’s weekly staff meeting. • Served as the liaison for action items between the Corporate Vice President and key contacts • Managed the logistics, presentation consolidation, and survey feedback for the Corporate Vice President’s quarterly worldwide Live Video MBC broadcasted town hall • Coordinated activities and follow-up actions with Senior Management to ensure deadlines were met • Full responsibility for the on-boarding of new hires • Efficiently juggled changing priorities, multiple requests and the immediate daily demands of the position • Anticipated needs, organized, prioritized and executed work for maximum impact • Provided internal and external customer support
