With FoxCor, in Little Rock, Arkansas, I performed in a fast paced environment, working with team leaders to produce schematic, design development, and construction document estimates for a construction management group assigned to casinos and hotel owners such as Harrah’s and Stations Casinos. My estimates for the mechanical portions proved to be within a +/-2% tolerance after the projects were finally bid. This allowed the owners to more accurately predict their budget expenditures and increased their financial efficiency. As an MEP Pre-construction manager for DPR Construction, a $100 million dollar CM group in Redwood City, California, I was part of a three-member team that marketed construction management services as a CM at risk contractor to the pharmaceutical industry. The team produced program management services in a quick and timely fashion, and was rewarded by the client by consistent selection and praise for our efforts. Each team member awarded subcontracts and followed the project from conception to construction completion.
