Daily Duties at Energy Systems Group, Llc:

I currently manage the University of Arkansas Energy Services Projects having begun with the Poultry Science project and culminating with the much larger campus-wide ESPC IIIa. I manage a staff of seven on the design-build project and provide a high level of communications with building executives from each building, senior university staff who manage the University’s Design and Construction Services, and safety and health code officials. I employ the use of Constructware, an internet based project management tool, MS Project for scheduling, and a constant flow of financial, management, and internal reporting tools in order to successfully implement the project. The paperless goal has been well received with minor exceptions, as I have attempted to operate in a completely electronic environment with 90% success. Other projects managed were city of Conway valued at $850,000 and Southwest Tennessee Community College worth $2,200,000. I have also been working with ESG teams to develop projects, make presentations, and deliver Investment Grade Audits.
