Captained all maintenance operations for EDI server and software, completing mapping upgrades, developing translation mappings for new partners, and maintaining system functionality to prevent company losses. Developed and deployed test scripts for alterations in production, ensuring currency of all maps. Communicated as contact point among system managers, technical support personnel, and EDI partner. Trained and mentored up-and-coming EDI professional. Nurtured relationships with external vendors, consultants, and trading partners.
