Daily Duties at Reid Engineering, P.C.:
•Independent Consultant responsible for planning and ensuring that engineering services were provided to public and private entities. Contacted property managers, mortgage brokers, and project managers to schedule site visits for the Property Condition Assessment (PCA). •Conducted research in the following organizations/departments: Building information system, housing preservation department, county Web sites, and public records to investigate code violations. Obtained building permits and verified property locations; •Served on a team that helped to increase business by 20%. Efforts resulted in the PCA conducting more site visits and completing more reports; •Accompanied engineer on property inspections and interviewed property managers on the details/conditions of the building/property/utilities/ etc. Obtained all documentation including completed questionnaires, Freedom of Information Letter (FOIL) necessary to complete the property condition assessment reports; •Managed the calendar of daily site visits and completed projects, reviewed questionnaires for inconsistencies and obtained additional information from client
