Daily Duties at Acorda Therapeutics, Inc.:
•Acted as a liason between clients and attorneys during various stages of the contract process; •Maintained and updated legal agreements tracker and distributed to departments on a weekly basis; provided report of in-process and completed agreements to senior management; •Liaison between outside vendor and legal team to research other database management systems; •Assisted IP Attorney with due diligence project in order to obtain disposition of the matters on file; •Provided routine advice and guidance to senior directors on the database application; •Scanned and uploaded over 4,600 fully executed agreements to the Contract Management Software System and provided copies of fully executed agreements to contract requestors; •Performed data entry , conducted quality control and verified the accuracy of data from various sources to compile spreadsheet of all contracts; •Managed all administrative tasks for two senior directors in the legal department.
